2022 Study Registration

For 2022, AOM will be offered for an initial six-month period, January – June.

Participants will have the option to extend for the second half of the year. Each cycle will include 1-2 protocols.

You are invited to participate in a study of PAC audiences: The Audience Outlook Monitor.

As a study partner you must agree to send outbound email messages inviting cooperation with the survey.

Data is collected anonymously.

All study partners share access to results through a unique online dashboard reporting tool. In the dashboard, partners are able to view and interrogate results for their individual organization and in aggregate.

Terms of agreement
AMS Analytics and WolfBrown agree that they will:
- Design survey protocols and program them in an online survey instrument
- Provide you with an advance opportunity to review the protocol and opt out if you want
- Provide you with suggested email language and a hyperlink to the survey for each tranche of data collection
- Provide you with account access to WolfBrown’s online dashboard reporting interface, where you can view and interrogate the data
As a Study Partner, you agree that you will, at minimum:
- Participate in the study and register by the deadline to secure cohort pricing
- Set up a sampling plan with AMS
- Deploy the survey to a minimum of 2,000 to 5,000 unique ticket buyers monthly
- Login to WolfBrown’s dashboard interface to explore your survey results

Terms of agreement
Since you are sending out your own email messages, the identity of your patrons will remain confidential and anonymous. Results will be reported by organization and by discipline and possibly by other descriptors.

As a condition of participation, all study partners agree in advance to share their results with other study partners (in aggregate, identified by organization name).

Sample information
The study will be sent to a random sample of recent ticket buyers (individuals who have purchased a ticket or memberships since January of 2018).
- You need a minimum of 2,000 recent ticket buyers/members per tranche
- You will need to prepare a unique sample for each tranche in the study
- We suggest that you include all segments of your database: donors, single ticket buyers, subscribers etc. so that the results are representative of your full audience
- If you have the capability to suppress staff and board members from your sample, please do.
