The Audience Outlook Monitor is designed to help arts and cultural organizations understand and adapt to the needs of audiences, in the context of changing conditions presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The study is being administered by WolfBrown, a firm which provides market research and consulting support for arts and culture organizations and funders.
This research is being funded by governmental arts agencies, arts service organizations, and foundation funders in a number of U.S. cities and in several countries outside of the U.S.
If you have received an invitation to complete the survey, it is because an arts and culture organization that you have patronized in the past values your perspective and would like to hear from you. Arts and cultural organizations have opted into the study because they believe the insight gained from audiences and visitors will help to guide their planning as to how and when to resume programming.
Participating is completely optional, and results will only be viewed in aggregate. Your survey responses will be treated as anonymous and confidential.
