Survey invitation emails should be sent to your first deployment sample on Wednesday, May 20 at Noon eastern. The survey will only be open for 48 hours, so it is important that your survey goes out on time to allow your respondents the full survey period.
Recall that you will need to select all patrons with ticket purchases since January 2018. From that list, suppress major donors, board members, staff, folks who have participated in another survey in the past 90 days (if possible) as well as any other individuals you believe should be removed from the list.
The remaining list should be randomized and then divided by the number of surveys you intend to deploy (most organizations will deploy 16 times).
